From the outside, life may look functional.
You show up.
You manage responsibility.
You keep things moving.
But underneath, intimacy feels strained.
Desire feels inconsistent, pressured, or distant.
Connection feels more logistical than alive.
You may be navigating:
• Libido challenges (low, high, or mismatched desire)
• Painful intercourse, including dyspareunia or vaginismus
• Erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation
• Perimenopause or menopause-related changes
• Mismatched libido or differing arousal styles
• Relationship strain linked to intimacy and life transitions
You don’t need to fall apart to know something needs attention.
You simply need to be ready to look at it differently.
I’m a Somatic Sexologist, Kinesiologist and Relationship & Intimacy Coach.
My work integrates:
• Somatic sexology and body awareness
• Nervous system-informed understanding
• Relational and attachment dynamics
• Practical reflection and structured guidance
Sessions are thoughtful, grounded, and paced according to your comfort. This isn’t about quick fixes or performance strategies.
It’s about understanding what your body, your nervous system, and your relationships are responding to - so change becomes sustainable.
My work sits across four core areas:
1. Relationship with Self
Building self-trust, emotional regulation, clarity and embodied self-leadership.
2. Female Sexual Wellbeing
Supporting women navigating libido challenges, painful intercourse (dyspareunia and vaginismus, perimenopause, menopause and changing desire.
3. Male Sexual Wellbeing
Supporting men navigating libido challenges, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, performance pressure and confidence concerns.
4. Couples & Relationships
Supporting couples navigating mismatched libido, differing arousal styles, intimacy strain, communication challenges and life transitions.
You don’t need to choose the “right” category.
We begin with what feels most present.
Human experience doesn’t fit into neat boxes, and neither does this work. Your challenges may cross several areas - and that’s completely welcome.
Sessions are tailored to meet you where you are and respond to your individual needs.
Working together may include:
• Exploring patterns that repeat in intimacy and relationships
• Understanding how stress and the nervous system affect desire
• Building communication that feels safer and clearer
• Reconnecting to pleasure, confidence, and agency
• Navigating life-stage changes such as perimenopause and menopause
Sessions are structured, but not scripted.
We begin by clarifying what feels most present for you.
From there, conversations may include reflection, education, practical tools, and somatic awareness practices that help you understand what your body and relationships are responding to.
You won’t be pushed beyond your readiness. There is space to move at a pace that feels steady.
My aim is to help you understand your current situation clearly, and to equip you with practical tools that support you in moving closer to the outcomes you want.
Sessions are available online and face-to-face.
If you are unsure where to begin, a Connection Call offers space to talk through what your navigating and determine whether working together feels aligned.
Its a short conversation (not a session) designed to create clarity before commitment.
Working together is personal. These reflections offer a glimpse of what others have experienced.

"Even after previous therapy, I realised my body was still holding tension and stress that I hadn’t been able to shift.
Sam’s approach helped me understand what was happening beneath the surface. I felt safe, supported, and clearer about what needed to change.
There has been a noticeable shift in both my relationships and my confidence since beginning this work."
* Individual client
"Sam has been instrumental in helping us rebuild emotional connection and intimacy in our relationship.
She offers practical tools and perspectives that feel realistic and tailored to us. We’ve learned how to communicate more openly and understand what was driving the tension between us.
We feel more connected and more aware of how to support each other moving forward."
* Couple working on connection and desire
"My partner and I had not been physically intimate for years, and I was feeling disconnected and unsure how to change it. Certain experiences felt unsafe or uncomfortable because of past trauma.
Working with Sam helped me feel calmer and more at ease in my body. I gained clarity and practical tools that supported me in exploring intimacy in a way that felt safe and grounded.
I leave sessions feeling clearer, steadier, and more confident in how I move forward."
* Female client navigating intimacy and trauma
When intimacy, desire, or connection feel harder than they should, there is another way to approach it.
