About Sam
Intimacy, Sexuality & Self Relationship Coach

I'm Sam Ebblewhite - an Intimacy, Sexuality & Self Relationship Coach

I support individuals who feel something isn’t quite right in their intimacy, sexuality or relationships, even if they can’t yet explain why.

My work centres around one core truth:

Everything begins with your relationship with yourself.

When that relationship becomes clearer, safer and more grounded, it naturally transforms the way you experience desire, connection, communication and emotional closeness.

Why I Do This Work

My path into this work wasn’t linear or theoretical - it was lived.

I spent years trying to understand why some patterns kept repeating, why my body shut down under pressure, and why intimacy felt effortless at times and overwhelming at others.

Learning to listen to myself - my body, my boundaries, my needs - shifted everything.
It changed how I related to stress, intimacy, desire and connection.

It taught me that most people aren’t struggling because they’re doing something wrong.

They’re struggling because they’ve never been taught how to understand themselves.
This is the heart of the work I now support others to do.

How I Work

My approach is grounded, attuned and paced with care.
It’s not about quick fixes, scripts or performance.
It’s about supporting you to understand what’s happening beneath the surface - in your body, emotions and patterns - so you can create real, sustainable change.

I draw on an integrated blend of:
• Somatic Sexology and body awareness
• Sexual wellbeing frameworks
• Nervous system understanding
• Relational and attachment dynamics
• Trauma aware practice
• Kinesiology principles
• Practical communication and self leadership tools

We begin where you are - not where you think you “should” be.

Who I Support

People come to me when they’re navigating challenges such as:

• Low or mismatched libido
• Painful sex (dyspareunia) or vaginismus
• Erectile issues or premature ejaculation
• Shutdown or avoidance during intimacy
• Emotional disconnection
• Difficulty expressing needs or boundaries
• Shame around sexuality or desire
• Repeating relational patterns
• Nervous system overwhelm
• Feeling “not like myself”

You don’t need a diagnosis to begin.
If something feels off, that’s enough.

I work primarily with individuals.
Couples work is available by referral or invitation.

Working With Other Professionals

Many clients are already engaged with GPs, psychologists, pelvic health physiotherapists, or other allied health professionals.
Where this is the case, my role is to complement and support existing care - not contradict it. I value collaborative, interdisciplinary work and respect professional scope.
When support outside my scope is required, I recommend appropriate referrals.
Sexual and relational wellbeing is complex. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Your Next Step

If something in you knows it’s time for change - even if you’re not sure what that change looks like - the next step is simply a conversation.
