Orientation & Fit Guide

A grounded place to pause, orient, and choose your next step with clarity.

Before choosing a program, a session, or a pathway, this space invites you to pause and orient.

Many people arrive here after trying a lot of things - feeling tired, frustrated, or unsure what will genuinely help.
This guide isn’t about convincing you of anything.

It’s here to support clarity, so whatever step you take next is intentional rather than reactive.

What this work involves...

This work invites you to develop a clearer relationship with yourself - your body, emotions, patterns, and choices.

 It involves:

• Honest self-reflection
• Awareness of internal responses and cues
• Curiosity rather than self-judgement
• Responsibility for pacing and integration

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
What matters is a willingness to engage with yourself, even when things feel unfamiliar.

This work is not about fixing you or pushing through discomfort. It’s about learning how to respond to yourself with clarity and care.

If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed...

Many people come to this work feeling unsure where else to turn. That in itself doesn’t disqualify you.

What matters more than how calm you feel right now is whether you’re willing to slow down, reflect honestly, and engage with support rather than urgency.

This work doesn’t promise to take the pain away. It supports you to relate to what’s happening with more understanding, agency, and choice.

Pause and Reflect

These questions aren’t something to solve.
They’re an invitation to notice what’s already present.

Take a moment with each one.

Reflection Questions:

• What’s bringing me here right now?
• What feels most challenging at the moment?
• What have I already tried?
• Am I looking for quiet self-reflection, shared support, or personalised guidance?
• How do I usually respond when things feel uncomfortable?
• What does my body notice as I consider this work?

There’s no right way to answer these.
Just notice what comes up.

Choosing a supportive next step

Different kinds of support suit different moments.

Pathway 1 - Self-Paced

This may suit you if:

• You want autonomy
• You’re comfortable reflecting on your own

This may suit you if:

 • You value shared rhythm and learning
• You want structure and accountability
• You benefit from guided integration

Next steps:
Short Screening Form
(to explore fit and placement)

Pathway 3 - One-on-One Support

This may suit you if:

• You feel unsure where to begin
• You want personalised pacing
• You’d like support clarifying what’s most helpful

Next steps:
A Connection Call
(a conversation to orient and explore options)

A note on choice...

You’re not required to decide anything immediately.

Some people move forward after reading this.
Others take time to sit with it.
Some realise this isn’t the right fit right now.

All of those responses reflect self-awareness.

This work begins with choice - not pressure.

When you’re ready, choose your next step...

You’re welcome to pause here and return when it feels right.

There is no “right” way to begin.
The most supportive step is the one that respects your capacity, your timing, and your truth - right now.
