About Sam
Somatic Sexologist | Sexual Wellbeing | Relationship & Intimacy Support

I support individuals and couples navigating the complex and often unspoken layers of intimacy, desire, and connection.

Why This Work Matters

Intimacy, desire, and relationships are rarely just about behaviour.

They are shaped by stress, life experience, nervous system patterns, relational dynamics, and how we have learned to relate to ourselves.

Many of the people who sit across from me are capable and high functioning. From the outside, life looks steady. Internally, something feels misaligned - particularly in the areas of sexuality, connection, or relational confidence.

This work is about understanding differently.
Not forcing change.
Not performing intimacy.
Not fitting into a box.
But building clarity and sustainable change from the inside out.

My Story

My path into this work wasn’t a straight line.
It began with my own desire to feel at ease in my body, to reclaim desire without pressure, and to build relationships that felt emotionally honest and deeply connected.

The training came alongside that - kinesiology, somatic sexology, relational coaching - not only as qualifications, but as part of my own integration.
This work changed how I relate to myself and others. It reshaped how I understand intimacy, safety, and connection.

I don’t believe this work is about being perfect, fixed, or spiritual enough.
It is about feeling safe.
It is about feeling supported.
It is about feeling seen.
And from that place, building relationships - with yourself and with others - that feel grounded and real.
It is a privilege to support others in that process.

My Approach

I am a Somatic Sexologist, Kinesiologist and Relationship & Intimacy Coach.

My work centres around four key areas:
• Relationship with Self - building self-trust, emotional regulation, and embodied confidence
• Female Sexual Wellbeing - supporting libido challenges, dyspareunia, vaginismus, perimenopause and menopause
• Male Sexual Wellbeing - supporting libido changes, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and performance pressure
• Couples & Relationships - navigating mismatched desire, communication strain, relational complexity, and alternative relationship structures including polyamory and open relationships

Sessions integrate somatic sexology, nervous system understanding, relational dynamics, and practical communication tools.

Human experience doesn’t fit into neat boxes - and neither does this work. Sessions are tailored to meet each individual or couple where they are.

Working With Other Professionals

Many clients are already engaged with GPs, psychologists, pelvic health physiotherapists, or other allied health professionals.
Where this is the case, my role is to complement and support existing care - not contradict it. I value collaborative, interdisciplinary work and respect professional scope.
When support outside my scope is required, I recommend appropriate referrals.
Sexual and relational wellbeing is complex. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

If intimacy, desire, or connection feel harder than they should, there is space to approach it differently.
You can schedule a session directly or begin with a Connection Call to explore whether this work feels aligned.
