I support individuals and couples navigating the complex and often unspoken layers of intimacy, desire, and connection.

Intimacy, desire, and relationships are rarely just about behaviour.
They are shaped by stress, life experience, nervous system patterns, relational dynamics, and how we have learned to relate to ourselves.
Many of the people who sit across from me are capable and high functioning. From the outside, life looks steady. Internally, something feels misaligned - particularly in the areas of sexuality, connection, or relational confidence.
This work is about understanding differently.
Not forcing change.
Not performing intimacy.
Not fitting into a box.
But building clarity and sustainable change from the inside out.

Many clients are already engaged with GPs, psychologists, pelvic health physiotherapists, or other allied health professionals.
Where this is the case, my role is to complement and support existing care - not contradict it. I value collaborative, interdisciplinary work and respect professional scope.
When support outside my scope is required, I recommend appropriate referrals.
Sexual and relational wellbeing is complex. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
